1. Introduction
Welcome to Reps Health. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Reps Health website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Reps Health operates as a technology platform connecting fitness professionals ("Coaches") with their clients ("Members"). We are not a medical provider and nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice.
2. The Platform
2.1 What We Provide
Reps Health provides software infrastructure for fitness creators and coaches, including but not limited to:
Workout and programme delivery tools
Client management and communication features
Nutrition and habit tracking capabilities
Business analytics and growth tools
Payment processing infrastructure
2.2 Nature of the Platform
Reps Health acts as a technology facilitator. Coaches using our platform are independent operators and are solely responsible for the content, advice, and services they deliver to their clients. Reps Health is not a party to, nor does it endorse, any specific coaching programme or advice provided through the platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access the platform you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Account Types
There are two primary account types on Reps Health:
Coach Accounts: fitness professionals who deliver programmes and services to Members.
Member Accounts: individuals who access coaching services through the platform.
3.3 Account Security
You must notify us immediately at support@repshealth.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Coach Terms
4.1 Coach Responsibilities
Coaches using the Reps Health platform confirm that they:
Are suitably qualified and/or experienced to deliver the services they offer
Hold any required professional qualifications, certifications, or insurance relevant to their jurisdiction
Are solely responsible for the fitness, nutritional, and lifestyle advice they provide to their Members
Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which they operate
Will maintain their own appropriate privacy notices for their Members
4.2 Coach Subscriptions
Coaches access the platform on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included features are as set out in the pricing schedule available at repshealth.com. Reps Health reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days written notice, with changes taking effect from your next billing cycle.
4.3 Payment Facilitation
Where Reps Health facilitates payment collection on behalf of Coaches, this is processed via our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Coach payouts are subject to our payment terms and any applicable processing fees. Reps Health is not responsible for disputes between Coaches and their Members regarding fees.
4.4 Refunds
Subscription fees paid to Reps Health are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Fees collected on behalf of Coaches from their Members are governed by the individual Coach's refund policy.
5. Member Terms
5.1 Member Acknowledgements
Members acknowledge that they:
Use the platform and any coaching services at their own risk
Should consult a qualified medical professional before commencing any new fitness or nutrition programme
Are responsible for accurately disclosing any relevant health conditions to their Coach
Understand that Reps Health does not endorse or verify individual Coach qualifications
5.2 Member Fees
Fees charged to Members are set by their respective Coach and are a matter between the Member and the Coach. Reps Health may facilitate payment processing but is not responsible for the commercial relationship between Coaches and Members.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Reps Health platform, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Reps Health and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Content created and uploaded by Coaches (programmes, videos, nutritional plans, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the Coach. By uploading content to the platform, the Coach grants Reps Health a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Impersonate any person or entity
Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
Engage in scraping, data harvesting, or reverse-engineering
Use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by Reps Health
8. Health Disclaimer
REPS HEALTH IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE OR NUTRITION PROGRAMME. YOU PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITIES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9. Platform Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reps Health makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform at any time without liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reps Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Reps Health in the six months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reps Health, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the platform.
12. Termination
Reps Health may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Reps Health is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use the Reps Health website and platform. Please read it carefully.
Reps Health operates as a data controller in respect of the personal data of Coaches who use our platform directly. In respect of Member data processed on behalf of Coaches, Reps Health acts as a data processor and the relevant Coach is the data controller.

When you register as a Coach, we collect:
Name, email address, and contact details
Business information (business name, size, type)
Billing and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details)
Account activity and usage data
2.2 From Members
Where we act as processor on behalf of a Coach, we may process:
Name, email address, and contact details
Account login information
Fitness and health data shared with the Coach
Payment information (processed by Stripe)
2.3 From All Users
When you visit our website or use our platform, we may automatically collect:
IP address, browser type, and device information
Pages visited, time spent, and navigation behaviour

To provide and manage the platform and your account: necessary for performance of a contract

To send service updates and billing notifications: necessary for performance of a contract

To send marketing communications (with your consent): consent

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
Stripe (payment processing)
Analytics and email service providers who assist in operating the platform

A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Where you are a Member, your data is shared with your Coach to enable them to deliver their services to you. Please refer to your Coach's own privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon account deletion, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8. Google Remarketing

2. Expected Behaviour
Treat all members with respect and kindness
Share constructive, supportive, and helpful content
Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others
Keep discussions relevant to health, fitness, and wellbeing
3. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
Harassment & bullying: personal attacks, intimidation, or targeted abuse of any member
Hate speech: content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Sexual or explicit content: nudity, sexually suggestive material, or graphic content
Threats or violence: content that threatens, encourages, or glorifies violence
Spam & self-promotion: unsolicited advertising, repetitive posting, or misleading content
Misinformation: dangerous health or medical misinformation
Illegal activity: content that promotes or facilitates illegal conduct
4. Reporting & Blocking
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:
Use the Report option available on all community posts and comments
Use the Block User option to immediately hide a user's content from your feed
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
5. Enforcement
Reps Health reserves the right to take action on any content or account that violates these guidelines, including:
Removal of objectionable content
Temporary suspension of posting privileges
Permanent removal from the community
Account termination in severe or repeated cases
Decisions regarding content removal and account actions are made at the sole discretion of Reps Health and the relevant Coach.
